Luke Miceli

Luke Miceli is a shareholder and Managing Director of Datatime Services Pty Ltd. Luke has ten years hands-on experience working on and managing some of the largest and most complex Data Capture/Data Entry projects in Australia.

Luke has worked together with major corporations and government departments successfully implementing mission critical Data Capture solutions Australia wide.

Luke began his career as a fully trained and qualified Technical Engineer giving customer onsite support for OMR and Image Scanners nationally. His customer service skills and technical competency was rewarded with advanced one-to-one systems training and he soon expanded his knowledge moving into software development on Data Capture/Data Entry projects.

Later, Luke became a key Account Director for mission critical Data Capture/Data Entry projects across Australia specifically in educational benchmark testing, election processing and in the banking sector.

Luke was appointed to the Managing Director role for Datatime in mid 2002.

Director of Technical Services
Robert Pascale

Robert ‘Turbo’ Pascale (i.e. Turbo Pascal, as most people refer to him), has over ten years experience in software development and imaging based data capture services.

Turbo completed his bachelor degree in computer science and moved into programming roles at the ANZ Bank. Turbo reached Senior Programmer status and specialised in Data Capture/Data Entry projects for the Bank’s Retail MIS department.

Later Turbo was headhunted by a large National Data Capture/Data Entry Services company as Software Services Manager. Over the course of the next 8 years, Turbo enhanced the company’s data capture software solutions, both internal and external custom written software, to address the needs of specific large-scale projects. Turbo was invited to participate in the design of custom workflow management development in the UK and USA. Turbo is co-inventor of 5 patents relating to custom image based workflow software developed during this time.

Turbo provides Datatime the Technical Expertise to harness the world’s leading edge technologies in the design of our project solutions.

Robert Pascale is Technical Director of Datatime Services Pty Ltd.

Director of Software Services
Luke Hubben

Luke provides Datatime with expertise in implementing and managing the software development of our commissioned projects.

Luke Hubben has twenty-three years experience in the Information technology industry, involving both software and hardware development and design.

Luke has seven years experience in software design for Data Capture/Data Entry Systems using assembly language through to fourth generation development suites. This also encompasses enterprise level database design and administration.

Luke is the Software Services Director of Datatime Services.

Chairman and CEO
Joseph Miceli

Joseph has 30 years experience in corporate life with the last 15 as Managing Director – Australasia for a multi-national Data Collection Services company. Joseph’s experience is invaluable to the Datatime Board. As Joseph is now semi-retired and a shareholder of Datatime, he acts in a non-executive director capacity and performs the role of chairman/consultant to the board.
