Professional Services Group (PSG)

These guys are our in-house IT developers, designing the systems and procedures we use to capture and measure our clients' data. For each project, the Professional Services Group develop unique forms and tools that allow the Data Capture team to perform their work as efficiently as possible.

We use our own reporting and performance monitoring tools to monitor data entry speed and accuracy, as well as being able to track a single form anywhere in the process. It's these tools that help us maintain our exceptional service levels.

Document Processing Services (DPS)

The physical document preparation and scanning is handled by the Document Processing team. The forms and documents that are sent to our mail centre are opened, scanned and batched together. In some cases they are handed over to the Data Capture team for manual entry, otherwise the data is extracted directly from the scanned images.

Data Capture Services (DCS)

This team does the data entry, capturing each digit into dedicated database technology. They are fast and accurate, consistently achieving 99.98% accuracy. Many of the best data entry people in the business have remained with us at our head office in Melbourne for many years. The high retention rate of our team is possible because we don't outsource your data to other businesses or send your work offshore.
